REGISTERED NURSE

Horizons Care Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality, resident‑centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ clinical, functional, and emotional needs. Responsibilities include monitoring changes in condition, ensuring accurate documentation, promoting safety and infection control, and educating residents and families.
