Full job description
MEDSTAR HEALTH is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide home-based care across Harford County. In this role, you will evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients in their homes, develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care, and deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. You’ll educate patients and caregivers, ensure accurate and timely documentation, and collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other disciplines.
