Registered Nurse

Oak Grove Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide trauma-informed care to at-risk and emotionally disturbed youth in our 24-hour residential treatment and educational facility in San Jacinto, CA. The RN will assess health needs, administer medications and treatments, monitor behavioral and emotional status, and respond to crises with calm, therapeutic interventions. You will collaborate closely with therapists, teachers, and residential staff to support individualized care plans, promote safety, and help youth build stability and life skills. Ideal candidates bring strong clinical judgment, youth-focused empathy, and a commitment to healing and advocacy.
