Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment.
• 4x10 block schedule.
• Saturday, Sunday, and Monday off.
• No floating required.
• Setting includes inpatient, outpatient, and contracted therapy services to a local skilled nursing facility.
• Patient population includes all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Dress code is business casual. Scrubs are optional.

Park River offers a quiet small-town setting in northeastern North Dakota with access to regional outdoor recreation. Homme Dam Recreation Area is located near Park River and offers fishing, camping, and hiking, while Grafton is about 20 miles away for additional dining and shopping options. Park River is approximately 75 miles from Grand Forks, which provides commercial air service through Grand Forks International Airport and access to the University of North Dakota campus and downtown amenities. Icelandic State Park is roughly 60 miles northwest near Cavalier and features prairie landscapes, historic sites, and seasonal trails for travelers who enjoy outdoor weekends.
