Maintenance

Lutheran Social Services seeks a Maintenance professional to ensure safe, reliable, and well-maintained facilities that support our mission-driven behavioral health, housing, and family services programs. This role performs routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and resident units; completes work orders; and supports inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems. The Maintenance staff collaborates closely with program teams, responds to emergencies, upholds safety standards, and helps create dignified, welcoming environments for clients and staff.
