Stepdown Registered Nurse

Mission Health in Asheville, NC seeks a Stepdown Overflow Registered Nurse to care for intermediate-acuity patients transitioning from ICU or med-surg. You will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based nursing care, manage complex monitoring, titrate medications, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families. RNs support throughput by flexing across stepdown and overflow beds, ensuring safe handoffs.
