Job Description Summary:

We are seeking applicants for an immediate opening for the Egg Room Lead position. This position grades eggs to ensure consumers receive safe, high-quality eggs. Enforce grading standards and regulations to ensure uniformity and compliance across the egg and poultry industry.

Job Description:

Perform inspections of eggs

Perform physical examination of the products and apply appropriate grade designation

Resolves issues of non-compliance with sanitation and quality control

Analyzes, summarizes, and reviews data; reports findings, interprets results, and makes recommendations

Maintains detailed inspection or investigation records, prepares reports, and attends to other related administrative requirements

Interprets, clarifies, explains, and applies agency policy and procedures, business practices, federal or state laws and regulations, etc

Job Qualifications:

Experience grading eggs

Experience in preparing and writing reports

Attention to detail

Prior supervisory experience required

Good communication skills needed
