Full job description
The Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our team. This role primarily involves supporting our outpatient pediatric gastroenterology services, with a focus on the care of children with gastrointestinal disorders.
Position Highlights:
Provide specialized care for pediatric GI patients, with an emphasis on chronic disease management, care coordination, education, and longitudinal follow-up.
Potential opportunity to support select gastrointestinal disorders.
Participate in shared after-hours call responsibilities, addressing patient and parent concerns related to GI conditions.
Perform comprehensive pediatric assessments, order and interpret diagnostic studies, develop management plans, and prescribe appropriate therapies.
Care for patients under the age of 21; pediatric NP certification and experience are required.
Qualifications:
- Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) certification.
- Experience in pediatrics, preferably in a specialty setting.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based upon years of experience and/or faculty rank: $140,000-$160,000. More information on compensation is discussed with the departments during the recruitment process.
