CLINIC NURSE

BJC HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Clinical Nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based care to diverse adult patients, performing assessments, administering medications, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and ensuring safe discharges. You will document in the EHR, monitor patient conditions, and respond rapidly to changes. Collaborating closely with physicians and allied health professionals, you will support quality outcomes, patient education, and continuous improvement in a mission-driven, non-profit environment aligned with BJC’s culture of safety, excellence, and innovation.
