CW Compliance Intern

Job Duties:

• Assist with assigned portions of audit programs, to determine compliance with laws and policies and procedures and to prepare reports of findings.

• Assist with compliance reviews as requested.

• Collaborate with other compliance consultants and compliance program managers on ongoing projects.

• Work with Director on potential departmental enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree program(s) / Current Status: 

• Working towards an undergraduate degree in Business, Management, Finance, Law, Information Systems or related field.  Must have completed a minimum of 60 hours in an undergraduate program to be considered.

• Second year law student is preferred. Coursework in Internal Audit is preferred.

• Cumulative GPA:  3.0+ GPA preferred; minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.

Other Qualifications:

• Must demonstrate strong analytical, attention to detail and decision-making skills.

• Must have excellent PC skills, including MS Word, Outlook PowerPoint, and advanced Excel. 

• Ability to efficiently and effectively address multiple priorities.

• The ability to comprehend, document, calculate, and analyze data is required.

• Has the ability to commute to our office in Baton Rouge, LA.
