Occupational Medicine physician employment in New Jersey :

A health services network in Ocean County, NJ is actively seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician to join its team in Lakewood.

About the Opportunity:

  • Schedule : Monday to Friday standard business hours
  • Setting : Outpatient

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-placement physical examinations and return-to-work clearances
  • Order and interpret diagnostic X-rays and laboratory results
  • Perform initial and follow-up assessments for work-related injuries
  • Administer medical surveillance and exposure treatments
  • Conduct health screenings, substance testing (for cause), and fit-for-duty evaluations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) or NJ Nurse Practitioner license
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Occupational Medicine
  • Valid CDS and DEA registrations

Desired Skills:

  • DOT certification
  • MRO certification
