The Physician Leaders Fellowship at Vituity is a career-shaping opportunity for practicing physicians ready to deepen their impact beyond bedside care. As a Fellow, you will split your time between delivering high-quality clinical care in your specialty (emergency, hospital, critical care, anesthesiology, or acute psychiatry) and developing advanced leadership skills. Working within Vituity’s collaborative, patient-centered culture, you’ll lead quality and operational projects, refine care pathways, and mentor teams across the Healthcare & Medical Services department. Fellows partner closely with hospital and Vituity leaders to improve workflows, outcomes, and patient experience. You’ll gain formal leadership training, hands-on management experience, and exposure to healthcare innovation, positioning you for future medical director or system-level leadership roles.
