StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8;10 Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75

This facility is seeking a Primary Care Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Monday – Friday 7a-5p, 3-5 days per week

· Patients per day: 16-22

· Practice Setting: Home Health

· Scope: Outpatient

· State Licensure: Virginia State medical license, Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)

· Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
