Full job description
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume outpatient setting with typical daily caseloads of 18–20 patients and productivity expectations of approximately 1.8–2.2 patients per hour.
- Experience or willingness to work in a multidisciplinary clinic environment that may include chiropractic, occupational therapy, and acupuncture.
- Ability to work the posted schedule: Monday–Friday daytime shifts with some clinics offering extended hours, rotating Saturday availability (about once per month), and potential 4x10 options.
- New graduates and early-career clinicians are encouraged to apply, especially for larger clinics that offer structured mentorship programs.

Clinic & Role Details
- Location type: Outpatient clinic in Brick Township, NJ.
- Shift: Days. Typical schedule examples include M/W/F 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and T/Th shorter clinic hours; some locations offer 4x10 schedules and rotating Saturdays about once per month.
- Average patient volume: 18–20 patients per day. Peak capacity may reach up to 3 patients per hour.
- Support: Full-time therapy aides commonly assigned; staffing ratios vary by clinic size.
- Mentorship: 13-week mentorship program available for new graduates and clinicians with 1–2 years of experience at select clinics.
- Career growth: Organization is expanding rapidly in NJ and CT with frequent openings for Clinic Director and Regional Director roles.
