CRNA opening near Baton Rouge, LA Located in Zachary, LA - Baton Rouge 16mFull-time, EmployedWe are seeking a CRNA to join our collaborative anesthesia team in Zachary, Louisiana, just North of Baton Rouge.

  • Broad case mix, including general, orthopedics, GI, OB/GYN, bariatrics, endoscopy, thoracic, cath lab
  • Modern surgical suites with five to six anesthetizing locations
  • Independent CRNA practice supported by a collaborative anesthesia team and local CRNA leadership

  • Range: Minimum: $250,000 / Max: $328,000+
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus and top-of-market compensation, with additional call, and premium pay opportunities
  • 7-9 weeks of PTO, plus retention, and performance bonuses

Facility Medical Center is a 131-bed regional healthcare facility serving the residents of Zachary, Louisiana, and the surrounding communities. The hospital provides a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient diagnostic and specialty services, including interventional cardiology, gastroenterology, wound care and hyperbaric therapy, surgical services, emergency care, and more. The medical center is currently undergoing significant enhancements, including the addition of a new four-story tower, interior renovations, 48 private patient rooms, expanded ICU capacity, a modernized surgery department with advanced operating suites, upgraded lab and imaging services, and new facility features such as UV air purification, an additional elevator with direct access to the surgical floor, and a dedicated generator for the tower to ensure uninterrupted patient care.Zachary, LA Zachary, Louisiana, is located just north of the state's capital, Baton Rouge.
