Full job description
Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Residential & Day Habilitation Programs
Salary Range: $17.00 per hour (based on experience and assignment)
Education Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent (required)
Licenses/Certifications Required:

Valid Driver’s License (required)
Skills Required:

Basic computer and office equipment proficiency

Physical ability to assist with lifting, mobility, and personal care

Shift/Schedule Information:
-
Full-time, 40 hours per week
-
Must remain on-site until relief staff arrives
-
On-call or extended hours may be required based on program needs
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
-
Supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving personal goals
-
Assisting with personal care and hygiene
-
Administering medications (post-AMAP certification)
-
Implementing Habilitation and Behavioral Support plans
-
Documenting service delivery and daily data
-
Maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment
-
Driving agency vehicles for appointments and community outings
-
Participating in staff meetings, trainings, and interdisciplinary planning
-
Responding to incidents and emergencies appropriately
-
Providing coverage across multiple program sites as needed
