Essential Duties:

• Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in customer service or the automotive industry preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
