Customer Service Representative
Location: Modesto, CA
Pay Rate: $26.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Occasional Saturdays may be required based on business needs.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist our Accounts Receivable team. This individual will play a key role in supporting customer-facing initiatives, managing customer communications, and ensuring timely follow-up on vendor setup and order-related activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Support change management initiatives related to customer-facing projects, ensuring customers promptly complete new vendor setup requirements.
• Monitor and track open orders within SAP ECC Sales & Distribution, identifying issues and initiating necessary customer follow-up actions.
• Communicate effectively with external customers, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a sense of urgency during unique business situations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requests and account-related matters are resolved efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and account activities.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales, or accounts receivable strongly preferred.
• Experience using SAP ECC Sales & Distribution is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or a degree currently in progress is required.
