Workstream is a mission-driven company building the all-in-one HR, payroll, and hiring platform for managing the hourly workforce. There are 2.7 billion hourly workers, making up 80% of the global workforce, but this market has been heavily underserved by technology and deserves better. Workstream has been purpose-built for the hourly workforce from day one so that these businesses and their employees can thrive.
Our customers include leading brands from multiple sectors, including Burger King, Carl's Jr./Hardee's, IHOP, KFC, and Culvers. We are a high growth series B company and quickly expanding our product portfolio to deliver on our vision. We are backed by legendary VCs and industry experts like Founders Fund, BOND, and Coatue.
Grow With Us
We are seeking an AI-first and process-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This role, reporting to the Head of Finance, will play an important role in helping our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams operate more efficiently by turning data into insights, improving processes, and building tools that make it easier for teams to do their best work.
You will partner closely with our Revenue Operations team and cross-functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll help improve revenue processes, build reporting and analysis, identify opportunities for automation, and ensure GTM teams have the data and tools they need to make better decisions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, building processes from scratch, and using AI to make teams more productive.
This is a full-time, office-based role requiring presence up to 4 days a week to foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Day In The Life

- Support cross-functional revenue initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the lead-to-cash process and help develop solutions.
- Document, standardize, and improve workflows across GTM teams.
- Help maintain and improve processes around lead routing, deal management, renewals, forecasting, and other revenue operations functions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into scalable solutions.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses to help GTM leaders make informed decisions.
- Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Partner with the Data team to improve data quality, governance, and consistency across GTM reporting.
- Help establish and maintain clear definitions for key revenue metrics.
- Use SQL and other analytical tools to answer business questions quickly and accurately.
Automation & AI Acceleration
- Identify repetitive or manual workflows that can be automated to improve GTM productivity.
- Use AI tools such as Claude Code and other AI coding assistants to accelerate analysis, automation, and problem solving.
- Build lightweight internal tools and automations that reduce administrative work for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Partner with GTM Engineering and other technical teams when more complex tools or automations need to be deployed.
- Help champion an AI-first approach to how the GTM organization works and solves problems.
Strategic Partnership
- Serve as a data-driven thought partner to GTM leaders and help turn business questions into actionable insights.
- Support planning and decision-making through analysis, reporting, and operational recommendations.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop documentation and processes that make information easier for teams to access and use.
Working at Workstream
- We operate with urgency, ownership, and a growth mindset
- This is not a traditional 9-to-5 role—we value accountability, flexibility, and getting results
- If you thrive in high-growth environments and are passionate about building from scratch, we’d love to connect
- Must be willing to report to the office for up to 4 times a week
