Hourly base pay rate is $13.70 - $20.53/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job Description
Details:
- Organizing and parking vehicles in designated zones based on digital dashboard instructions to maximize lot efficiency.
- Directing the physical flow of vehicles through the sales lanes to the auction block and back to the parking lot after a sale
- Ensuring cars are operational by jump-starting dead batteries, identifying flat tires, fueling up, or managing push-truck operators for inoperable vehicles
- Operating a wide variety of customer vehicles (both automatic and manual transmissions) safely across the lot.
- Set an example in behavior by championing Cox/Manheim values and ensuring that all employees are treated with respect
- Implement all company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct
- Be a visible representation of Manheim’s safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures, and modeling the behaviors related to these directives
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred, OR less than 2 years of related work experience.
- Safe driver's needed; valid driver's license required.
