Your Job:
The Medical Technologist Supervisor is responsible and accountable for overseeing all functions and activities for specific shift(s) or specific department(s) and for the accurate and timely performance of technical procedures in accordance with all current regulatory and accreditation standards. You must demonstrate excellent technical skills, excellent critical thinking skills, communication, and customer service skills.
Your Job Requirements:
Must be able to work 2pm to 10:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation
1 year of previous Laboratory Supervisor experience, preferred.
3 years of Lab Scientist experience preferred
Must be a generalist (Core Lab and Blood Bank)
Will train in Processing.
Must be a MT/MLS (4 year degree),
Supervisor for (micro, serology and point-of-care) Must know at least 2 areas, and will train on the 3rd.
