CSL seeks a Global Automation Engineering & Technology Head to lead strategy and execution of automation across our biotechnology and plasma‑derived therapies network. You will define global automation standards, govern system lifecycle, and drive digitalization for manufacturing, labs, and facilities. Partner with site leaders to design and deploy GxP‑compliant solutions that improve reliability, quality, and safety. Lead a global, cross‑functional team, manage vendor partnerships, and ensure cybersecurity, data integrity, and regulatory compliance while enabling innovation at scale across CSL’s global sites.
