About Our Team & What Makes Us Special:
Our Pediatric Critical Care team operates a state-of-the-art 24-bed PICU at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. Were proud to offer comprehensive services including ECMO capability, pediatric trauma care, and congenital heart services, caring for approximately 1,200 admissions annually with an average daily census of 12 patients.
What truly sets us apart is our collaborative culture. Youll be joining a supportive team of 10 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner who value both clinical excellence and work-life balance. What Were Looking For:
Were seeking someone who brings:
Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatric Critical Care

Proven clinical experience in pediatric intensive care

An Arizona medical license and DEA (or the ability to obtain them)

Strong clinical skills paired with excellent interprofessional communication

A collaborative spirit and genuine passion for pediatric critical care
