It's all about the people! We are seeking a high-energy, Full-Service Restaurant Manager with a positive attitude, who is ready to be part of our family!


Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-service restaurant experience, with 1–2 years supervising and training staff.
  • Prior leadership experience (Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor) preferred.
  • Experience maintaining food quality, service standards, and reading profit/loss statements.
  • Maricopa County Food Handlers Card and knowledge of health and legal regulations
  • Prefer prior full service Mexican restaurnt management experience

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily FOH, BOH, and/or bar operations
  • Drive sales and manage costs
  • Develop and train staff
  • Possess and maintain high standards in guest service and food quality
