Position Details:

• Excellent income and sign-on bonus - $300K+
• Part or Full-time schedule can be considered - Quality of life role
• Epic EMR
• Guaranteed, high salary with full benefits including 403b retirement plan with 4.5% match
• Full patient panel from day one and NP support
• 30 minute follow-up visits, and 1 hour for new patients
