Food & Beverage Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee our beverage and catering operations. This role requires a strategic leader with experience in mixology, vendor relationships, inventory management, and cost control. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and structure to our evolving menu while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

F&B Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Minimum 2 years of management experience, plus 2+ years in the industry (bartending, serving, etc.)
• Strong background in beverage operations, inventory control, and vendor relations
• Experience in cocktail and mocktail menu development
• Reasonable experience in Kitchen Operations
• Ability to monitor cost control and purchasing strategies
• TIPs and ServSafe Certification required
• Must be able to manage a team of 30-40 staff members
