Job Overview

Specialty: Urology
State: Ohio
Start Date: ASAP - ongoing; full-time need. Multiple providers will be considered.
Setting: Inpatient/outpatient in Portsmouth, Ohio.
Patient Volume: 15-20 office patients/day; 4-8 hospital procedures/day.
Job Details: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with 3-4 half-day clinics. Office procedures include vasectomies, prostate biopsies, cystoscopy with stent removal, and prostate ultrasounds. Hospital procedures include stone procedures, prostate procedures, nephrectomy, and reconstructive urology. Support from 2 APPs and dedicated office staff.
Client Requirements: Board-certified; ACLS/BLS. Credentialing typically takes 60€"90 days, possibly sooner.
EMR: Meditech.
Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing and will cover malpractice.
