Outpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Physical Therapist for our TIRR Outpatient clinic in Cypress. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with neurological, orthopedic, and complex conditions, developing individualized, evidence-based care plans to restore function and maximize independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, educate patients and families, document thoroughly in the EMR, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
