Speech Therapist

School Speech Language Pathologist position providing speech and language therapy to students in a school setting, located in Pensacola, FL. The role involves assessing communication needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and families to support student success. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in the school setting

• Assess students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with educators and families to support student success

• Implement therapy sessions, monitor progress, and adjust interventions

• Document student progress and maintain compliance with state and school district regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or equivalent

• Valid state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist

• State-specific credentials as required

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently within a school environment and collaborate with staff, students, and families

• Patience, empathy, strong organizational skills, and adaptability

• Physical ability to perform duties in a school setting

• Must pass background checks and drug screening
