Physical Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation

Encompass Health seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation services to adult patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. In this flexible role, you will evaluate functional limitations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and educate patients and families on recovery strategies. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document outcomes, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a patient-centered, mission-driven environment that supports learning and work–life balance.
