Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant leadership
• Experience managing full-service and upscale dining concepts
• Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
• Excellent integrity and character
• Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
• Infectious energy and passion
• Hands-on leadership style
• Exceptional integrity, work ethic and a positive mindset

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• No more than 4 jobs in the last 10 years
• Experience with cost control with product and labor
• Experience with training and mentoring
