Full job description
Responsibilities
Develop strong positive and productive working relationships with purchasing and project teams.
Review, assemble, and process subcontracts to ensure they align with company standards and mitigate risk before issuance.
Receive, validate, and archive bonds, ensuring they meet all company standards and authenticity requirements.
Review budgets from purchasing and project teams and input into our internal system
Interface regularly with senior management, Risk Management, Legal, and Central Business Partner Group.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
A strong work ethic with a desire to learn, adapt, and be trained in company-specific standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter and able to work independently.
