Experienced Campus Security Officer – Manhattan, NY

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available | $20.00/hour

We are currently seeking experienced and professional Campus Security Officers to join our team in Manhattan, NY. This position is ideal for dependable security professionals who are comfortable working in an active campus environment and committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Position Responsibilities:
• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the campus
• Monitor student, staff, and visitor activity
• Conduct routine patrols of buildings and surrounding areas
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns as needed
• Enforce campus policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism
• Complete incident reports and documentation accurately and thoroughly

Requirements:
• Active NYS Security Guard License required
• Prior security experience required; campus or institutional experience preferred
• Must be able to stand and remain active for the duration of assigned shifts
• Strong communication, de-escalation, and conflict resolution skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor required
• Must be available to work days, evenings, overnights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay Rate:
• $20.00 per hour
