This opportunity allows the incoming physician to step into an established patient base with immediate volume while also helping expand their robotics service line. Hospital Highlights:
* Da Vinci Xi robot available with plenty of block time
* Well-equipped clinic with urodynamics, ultrasound, X-ray, CT, and in-office procedures
* 8 OR suites including a dedicated urology suite
* EPIC EMR with Abridge AI scribe
Practice Highlights:
* General Urology position with three experienced physicians; mentorship available for new grads
* Opportunity to incorporate subspecialty interests within a general urology framework
* Dedicated support staff including RN and MA per physician
* Onsite surgery scheduler available
* Robotics experience strongly preferred, not required
* Leadership opportunities available, particularly in robotics and program development
* Quick ramp-up with immediate patient volume
* 4.5-day workweek with balanced clinic and OR time
* Average 20-30 patients per day with strong referral base and no local competition
* 1:4 Call schedule. No trauma burden; majority of call is non-emergent
