About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our evening shift team at Nodaway Nursing Home. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your expertise and kindness will make a significant difference in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the RN and other healthcare team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN licensure in the State of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
