Full job description
Wellstar is seeking an Outpatient Nuclear Med Technologist to perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. Responsibilities include preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, operating gamma cameras and related imaging equipment, ensuring radiation safety, verifying orders, and collaborating with physicians and nurses. The technologist will educate patients, maintain accurate documentation, support quality improvement, and uphold regulatory and safety standards while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
