A bit about us:
We are a Midtown Manhattan law firm serving the design, development, and construction industries as a strategic legal advisor, not just outside counsel. Founded by two experienced construction law attorneys in 2006, our team works side by side with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and contractors, advising on how to minimize risk and maximize outcomes from project kickoff through completion. We regularly visit client construction sites and get involved at critical project junctures, giving our attorneys real exposure to the industry they represent.
Why join us?
Direct ownership of litigation and transactional matters from day one, no getting buried on a bench
Mid-level associates handle multiple matters independently with real client contact
Fast, efficient interview process, typically one round and a quick decision
Year-end bonus eligibility tied to billable hours, Good Standing, and performance
Path to hybrid flexibility (remote Fridays) after ~6 months
Respected boutique firm with 20 years in the construction law space
