Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Heartlinks ABA MD seeks a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality ABA services for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. In this role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and oversee individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians across center-based, home-based, and community settings. You will collaborate closely with families, schools, and a multidisciplinary team, using data-driven decision-making to track progress.
