Maintenance Conveyor Technician

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a Maintenance Conveyor Technician to support high-volume retail distribution operations. In this role, you will install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair conveyor and sortation systems that keep product flowing to stores and e‑commerce customers. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, responding to equipment downtime, replacing mechanical and electrical components, and partnering with operations to minimize disruptions. You will use diagnostics tools, PLC interfaces, and CMMS to document work. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with occasional off-shift or weekend work.
