Position Overview
We are actively seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physical Therapist to join our team at Restore Physical Therapy, located in the beautiful Cape Coral, Florida. This full-time position involves working onsite at our well-equipped rehabilitation center, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the physical capabilities and overall well-being of our patients.

Work Environment
As a member of the Restore Physical Therapy staff, you will be working in a supportive and collaborative environment. The rehabilitation center is equipped with modern therapy tools and technology, creating an optimal setting for patient recovery. Our typical workweek runs Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate patient needs and clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
In your role as a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on improving patients’ mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities.
- Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities designed to enhance physical well-being and alleviate pain.
- Educating patients on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and home exercise programs to support their recovery process.
- Administering therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy under appropriate supervision.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress, including tracking improvements in range of motion, strength, and functionality.
- Maintaining organized treatment areas, ensuring that equipment and supplies are prepared and readily available for therapy sessions.
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, which includes Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Providing emotional support to patients, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Adhering to ethical and professional standards while safeguarding patient confidentiality and rights.

Qualifications
