Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Supervisor in the Greater Boston area. The Project Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day execution of residential construction projects, working on-site approximately 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have extensive residential construction experience, strong knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to effectively coordinate and supervise project activities.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Supervisor in residential construction in the Greater Boston area — required
Strong background in residential construction
Experience overseeing day-to-day construction activities and project execution
Ability to work on-site approximately 40 hours per week
Strong understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and quality standards
Carpentry experience is preferred but not required
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively coordinate with subcontractors, trades, clients, and project team members
Candidates should currently be local to the Greater Boston area; relocation candidates will not be considered
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $75,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience
