Full job description
The Coordinator III Service Dispatch position is responsible for the schedule and dispatch of field service managers in order to complete field service customer requests e.g. equipment start-up, field installation, repairs, calibration and preventative maintenance. Duties will include using Oracle the telephone and email to schedule and transmit assignments, compile statistics, and generate reports on work progress utilized to maximize work efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Schedule and dispatch field service managers to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
· Confer with customers and field service management to confirm field appointments and address any schedule related questions or issues
· Prepare field daily work and run schedules.
· Receive or prepare work ordersservice requests.
· Resolve any transaction issues related to dispatched service requests.
· Determine types or amounts of inventory, time, skills, or personnel required according to work order job specifications.
· Order supplies and equipment, and issue them to personnel.
· Maximize routingschedule efficiency for demand and service agreement field jobs.
· Oversee all communications within specifically assigned territories.
· Effectively communicate with customers, staff and management.
· Able to work with multiple locations and prioritize actions for those locations
· Must be able to multi-task and adapt to a daily changing, fast paced work environment

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience in scheduling and dispatching.
· Good computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
· Knowledge of Service Max and/or Sales Force a plus.
· Customer Service Focused.
