Job Summary
Provide training and coordinate training on production lines on multiple lines of equipment.Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide general or specialized training and observations. Certify operators in training procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions for employees on specific shifts.
- Develops benchmarks and measures the ongoing effectiveness of relevant processes and systems related to the Training function.
- Update and customize course materials as needed.
- Record all training to help insure consistency in training processes.
- Perform on-going training needs assessments utilizing a variety of methods to include consultation with management and business performance metrics to identify new training opportunities.
- Comply with internal reporting processes and rules.
- Fill in as needed as Operator on various equipment, as needed.
Preferred Work Experience
- Machine Operator II or Warehouse Operator II

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$21.25 - $30.75 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
