Full job description

UCHealth is hiring Registered Nurses for our Medical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Fellowship. This structured program supports new and transitioning RNs in developing advanced skills for caring for complex, high-acuity medical patients. Fellows will receive guided preceptorship, classroom and simulation learning, and progressive clinical responsibility in a collaborative, academic environment. You’ll perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
