Clinical Operations Supervisor

As a Clinical Operations Supervisor – Ortho/Spine at Mercy, you will oversee daily clinic operations to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care. You will supervise clinical and support staff, coordinate provider schedules, manage patient flow, and support high-quality orthopedic and spine services. In partnership with physicians and leadership, you will implement best practices, maintain regulatory and safety standards, monitor performance metrics, and drive process improvements. You will mentor team members, support training and onboarding, and foster a culture of compassion, collaboration, and continuous learning aligned with Mercy’s mission.
