Pay Range: $68,550.00 – $91,409.99

We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our Aggregates Management Trainee Program. This 18-24 month rotational program provides hands-on experience across key operational and business functions while preparing participants for future leadership opportunities within our aggregates business.
 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Participate in structured rotations across aggregates operations, production, maintenance, safety, quality, and business functions.
  • Develop leadership skills by collaborating with teams and supporting operational improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, productivity, and customer service.
  • Build operational knowledge through hands-on field experience and participation in special projects.
  • Partner with leaders and mentors to create and execute a personalized development plan.

Work Environment

  • Combination of office, field, plant, quarry, and outdoor work environments.

  • Travel and relocation opportunities may be required throughout the program based on business needs.
