Job Details

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
Handle auto/trucking accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, and related negligence claims
Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and motions
Conduct client interviews, case investigations, and settlement negotiations
Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed on case status
Coordinate with medical providers and experts on damages documentation
