CVOR RN – Level I Trauma Center | Days (4x10s) | Up to $63/hr + $15K Sign-On

We’re hiring CVOR Registered Nurses for a high-volume, Level I Trauma Center in Phoenix, AZ —the only adult trauma center in the area for patients 15+, meaning you’ll see high-acuity cases and complete care without transfers.

• Level I Trauma Center – high acuity, complex cases
• 317-bed acute care hospital with strong reputation in the Phoenix market
• Busy OR with ~30 surgeries/day across 12 operating rooms
• Broad case mix: CVOR + general OR exposure (spine, total joints, robotics, GYN, urology, laparoscopic cases)
• When CVOR volume is lighter, you’ll float to the main OR to stay fully utilized

Schedule:

• Days | 4x10s (6:30am – 5:00pm)
• Call required
  • $5/hr on-call + double time if called in
  • 2-hour guarantee (30-minute callback window)
  • Weekend call rotation is light and often voluntary

Compensation:

• $44 - $63 (depending on experience)
• Weekend differential: $3/hr
• Nights: +18% (if applicable)

$15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year CVOR experience
• ADN or BSN required
• Active RN license (or ability to obtain)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment
