Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License in Kentucky is Required to Start the Position
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in outpatient settings required
- Experience treating hand injuries and conditions required
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred. Candidates interested in pursuing CHT credential encouraged to apply
- Willingness to participate in in-house mentoring and clinician incentive programs
