Registered Respiratory Therapist

Mercy is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to deliver high‑quality cardiopulmonary care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will assess, plan, and administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol treatments, and ventilator management for diverse patient populations. Responsibilities include performing diagnostics (ABGs, spirometry), monitoring patient responses, and collaborating with physicians and nurses to optimize care plans. You will educate patients and families, uphold infection control and safety standards, and document accurately in the EMR.
